9 SEC games plus Clemson is a helluva schedule when you've got other teams like Ole Miss playing Citadel, Tulane, and Ga St for their OOC games. They don't have a major non-con rival.

I think this is what they were referring to. So for example Ole Miss would have to find someone like a Florida State, or UNC, or Pitt to play OOC instead of the cupcakes like Wofford.
