It's weird that shops and others are telling us that NIL hasn't effected our recruiting. It obviously has a ton. Anyone paying attention knows that.

We also had 4 commits at this time last season. Not saying we are out recruiting everyone but the sky is hardly falling.

I think we will do great. I realize it is too early to get a true feel, but at this early stage it just feels like Louisville is kind of a scrub program as far as getting solid players out of HS and now all of sudden they can get a few?? Seems like NIL.

Large quantity signed early for TT and Northwestern. Almost all 3 stars though. Bet they will not be any where near Top 10 when it's all said and done.

Article by Pete Thamel on ESPN pretty much lays what is going on with the Cali recruits...NIL is a factor but not the biggest one.

They put together a winning NIL deal for the QB, Clarkson, and he is the type of guy who is actively recruiting guys to play with him. He's the key piece in it all and several have followed...they have what, 6 guys from California now?

Yeah, and why not? People here whine about weak schedule and then whine when competition lands good players.
I’d much rather live in Louisville than #### College Station, Texas. Bear Bryant was hired by Texas A$M way back in the 50s. His wife got off the plane and started crying because it’s so ugly there

There just aren't many home games that excite me. I feel like we haven't had a significant home game since Notre Dame in 2015 and Louisville in 2016. There haven't been many good teams to come to Death Valley since then.
