and maybe I am the only one that thought Bobcat Goldthwait was hilarious, he opened the door for a whole new breed of Self deprecating humor. Having met him a few times on the set of God Bless America, he is nothing like the person he was on stage.

Two hilarious Dane Cook movies to check out:
Waiting... (2005) and Employee of the Month (2006).
As weird as he is, his blue-collar humor is spot on a lot of the time.
I understand you being surprised about my inclusion of Dane Cook but I am way more surprised about the exclusion of Jim Carrey from the rest of this thread. Jim Carrey's stand-up is unparalleled and on a level of its own!
Also, I'm surprised at myself for forgetting Katt Williams. Definitely an honorable mention.
