Losing KJ is way bigger than if XT went to to the draft

KJ has been a great leader and played awesome. I would give him a solid A on his report card.
XT's legacy will be injuries, Covid, and car wrecks. It sucks for him but unfortunately, if you had to grade him on a report card, you would say D or F due to the fact he failed to show up for class.

I’ve got an idea, how about we don’t grade any players post season. We need all the help we can get and what a difference a year makes

Ok, thank you for telling me what to say on an opinion board. You sound like the far left telling a conservative he can't have an opinion.
Freedom of speech is the right to speak, write, and share ideas and opinions without facing punishment from the government. The First Amendment protects this right by prohibiting Congress from making laws that would curtail freedom of speech.
Go pound sand buddy.

Well I was being nice. Unlike the government that can’t punish you, TNets will wear your ### out for taking crap about a roster player, even when he’s bad. Good luck!

I wasn't talking badly about anyone. I was giving an honest opinion...and as I said, unfortunately, it hasn't worked out for XT. That is due primarily to things out of his control as injuries are part of the game and Covid was a worldwide pandemic.

I think KJ made the right decision. I do not think he betters his draft status with another year. He is not getting younger. He was awesome at Clemson and it was just the right time to take the next step. If XT comes back and stays healthy I think XT is a more natural pass rusher. I think and hope XT comes back because he can help his draft status with an outstanding year and be a leader on defense.

I totally agree with your assessment but XT isn't getting younger either. Hope he comes back, blows it up on the field, and gets drafted. Unfortunately, he is painted in a corner.
Hypothetically, let's say he comes back and gets hurt again. Will he get drafted at all? That's a big risk. I think at this point, the pros will look at potential and give him a break on the Covid thing. He just couldn't get back into playing shape on time and that typically leads to injuries...not saying that is what happened but it certainly could have had a negative effect.

Yeah I do not recall a car wreck for XT. I thought that was the CB that transferred out but I could be wrong.
