with only 12 scholly's to hand out, this one is a little strange
wonder if this is one of those "place holder" offers and not a truly committable offer

With 27 current sophomores on the roster, there will be some attrition from the junior class after next season. The 2018 class will not be limited to the 12 number you suggest, probably more like 16-18.

Does the name TJ Green ring a bell? I think the staff has things under control. They've shown me no reason the think otherwise as far as recruiting goes.

The dude is 6'4" already with 2 years to grow even taller. You can't coach speed or height

...and teach recruits the correct name is Clemson University.
Typically if it's a state or large city, then it's University of [....]. But if it's a town, sir name, or has the word "state" in it, then it's [....] University. However, there are exceptions to the rule; such as West Virginia University, Boston University, and New York University.

Looks green as a WR, but has physical tools (speed & size)

Not sure he's a take at WR, but if he's tough and has high character he's exactly what we're looking for as an athlete that could play on either side of the ball.
