Huge job to be the CEO of such a large business at his age. It appears he is well trained and will do a great job.

The PR sounds great and looks great. I am happy for the positive attention it brings to Clemson. Neff looks to be a great addition to our athletic programs.
But, the real measure of great athletic directors in my opinion is their ability to identify, hire and retain excellent top tier coaches in the most important sports and really competent coaches for the minor sports. Picking a great football coach will assure the success of the entire athletic program in a way no other coach can succeed. Picking a great baseball coach looks to be one that last decades and build a school reputation for the sport that outlives the great coach's tenure. The only path to a great, nationally prominent basketball program that succeeds in attracting great players.
I am not sure this quality or ability has much at all to do with managing money, building facilities, or having great national influence on the college sports.
I hope the area of choosing coaches turns out to be Graham Neff's greatest strength. At this point, I have no idea how that will turn out, and I am pretty sure no one else does either.
Go Tigers!!

Brownlee? You have no credibility, loyalty to Clemson and are clearly Brad’s wife’s daughter’s nephew, posing as a Clemson fan that was on T-net long before Brad was hired, but I hate you and everything about every post you make, COOT!!!!
