and put it towards NIL. All I hear is how Clemson doesn't have enough money to compete with high school recruits and players out of the portal.
Dabo... are you willing to man up and make that type of commitment to get the program back on track???
I'll hang up and listen.

Add Ta&m, Oregon, Tex Tch, Houston, Miami, Florida, etc, etc. Even Utah gave every schollie player a 2025 Ram truck for 1yr.
Not sure we are a top 25 NIL school?

Dabo has tried to make NIL as fair as possible across the board benefiting lineman and other players whose names are not mentioned by the media or fans unless they make a mistake.
He has also tried to implement NIL without digging deep into Clemson fans pockets.
The fund raising and price increases are more likely coming from the BOT, the President and the AD.
I am proud that we have a Head Coach like Dabo. As far as those that frequently bring up his salary, Did you ever think that top recruits pay attention to even little things like a HC’s salary and it comes to other Successful HC’s.
Recruits and players considering Clemson through the TP probably want to see How supportive Clemson is towards its coaches. Well salary is one indicator. Recruits also may compare Dabo’s salary to Saban’s salary. If Dabo is in the top 5 recruits take notice. It puts Clemson on the National recruiting map !
Everybody including ESPN and other media outlets take notice of well paid Head Coaches. The more Dabo’s name is brought up with the Saban’s, KS’s and Urban Meyer’s again it getting the name of Clemson Football more attention !!!

Judge I was behind you all those years you supported Brad Brownell and calling for more fan support. After several years he is finally building a solid foundation for future success. Great for Brad. I wanted him to succeed. Just like I want Dabo to succeed 🐅
Dabo has this one really bad season in over 10 plus years. When I read many of your post they are like those of a spoiled fan. I don’t understand your logic supporting Brad B while constantly attacking Dabo every chance you get. Your seem to forget he has accomplished more than any other Head Football Coach in Clemson’s History 🐅🐅🐅.
If you get TD’s for all of your negative post. One of them will be mine.

From ‘77 to ‘80 Alabama averaged 11 wins per season. The 5 years after that, they averaged 8 wins per season ranging from 5 to 9 wins.
Plenty of good programs have had spells where they have slumped and we aren’t close to the “biggest collapse” ever.

A sample size of one season not being in the Top 25 doesn’t make a trend. Nice try though. Keep talking out your hat with nothing to back it up but your grumpiness.

If you have a job, I am sure you are the super star year after year after year. You have never flopped or had adversity in your life ???
I suggested to another poster that they should read some Positive Think Books. I am recommending that for you and the Judge 🐅🐅🐅

People seem to forget that Dabo has made large contributions back to Clemson. I remember one donation that was either $1 million or $2 million. But I do know he and other Clemson Coaches have also donated money back to Clemson. Dabo just does need to make it a newsworthy event !!!
You also have to remember up until this year BV’s seat at OU was getting warmer each year. So much so if BV had not made it to the CFP’s he may have been given the boot ! So what better way to Win the OU fans hearts and minds ??
Give back some salary ! It’s basically the same as a donation ! Dabo made his $1 or $2 million donation while under no pressure to keep his job. 🐅🐅🐅

You do realize that Dabo has many times given up his bonuses to assistants and other staff members. Don't act like he has never given up money. IPTAY has money, but if Dabo decides to give up some of his money, that's his decision to make and not your's to pitifully attempt to pressure him into.

only recall Dabo doing it once. He was only a short time into his tenure, and he agreed to forego his bonus in order to leave more money for coordinator hires.
This was of course made public so Dabo could get accolades for being such a selfless coach.
What many people also miss is that the deal was that Clemson would make it up to him later, which we did after that season in the form of a nice raise and contract extension.
If I’m forgetting something, please let me know of the other times Dabo has done this.

OU is about to start the first phase of a 450m dollar renovation of their stadium and a 175m dollar new football operations building. I don't think they are hurting for a portion of BV's salary.
