For sure. As a veteran broadcaster, I’ve worked with some guys who have had a vote in the AP poll and I can tell you, there’s no way to watch all the games. So if all they saw was the first half, that’s how they’re voting.

I honestly don’t remember. But I want to say 6 AM Sunday morning. But no matter how much time they give them, they can’t possibly go back and review every game.

Yes. Expecting the impossible. Why not wait until Monday morning? As if the coaches are thinking about the other teams when they just finished a game themselves, spent time with the media, possibly had to travel. The entire thing sounds pretty stupid.

the first half. They are lazy and stupid and vote based on what they are told about the games. They are ”journalism” majors for ####’s sake. eSECpn knows how to work the system to get the result they want. And they definitely have their favorites. We aren’t one of them.

I’m guessing some of the voters were trying to give us some benefit of the doubt for the Duke game but the inept 1H made them feel that when we play a real team we may be in trouble. It is all subjective but the eye test right now is not favoring us.
We need to change the perception and the narrative against FSU.

When you play these HS teams during the beginning of the season one can expect to drop in the polls. UNC lucked out yesterday.

Saw that we kept making unforced errors against inferior competition
It was the same thing we have watched 4 of the last 5 games agains USC, UT, and Duke
Correctable mistakes are only an excuse if you actually correct them which our players and coaches are proving they cannot do.
Also - the QB position is way too important to be consistently getting this subpar play.
