Incessantly stating that the ACC is weak with the exception of our Mighty Tigers.
Problem is, there are 7 SEC Teams in the CFP top 25 and 5 ACC teams, all of which are ranked well ahead of the Worm Pullers.
Do they realize that when they try and downplay our conference they are actually putting their own weakling program down?
Prolly not.

The reason the SEC tolerates them is due to the fact that Vandy can't make it to EVERYBODY'S Homecoming game.

Coots went 7-4 in their conference championship year. The rest of the teams in the ACC that year had losing records. That was the biggest down year in ACC history.

The really funny/ironic part is, u5c would be no better than .500 against Clemson's schedule.
u5c has always been a perennial bottom feeding doormat and their various conference affiliations have not and never will change that.
I wonder if they are all upset about Bama's week schedule which currently ranks about 60th nationally compared to Clemson's which is around 30th.
It sounds to me like they're just preparing the excuses for another November beatdown.

Since 1982 the ACC has won 12 Natty's in basketball. That is way way more than any other conference in the past 35 years.
Ergo, Clemson has a VERY strong basketball program.
Clemson fans just love it when UNC and Duke win Natty's in basketball because it proves Clemson is good.
And of course, Clemson fans love it when Duke or UNC win another NATTY. Those two teams are always the favorite of Clemson fans when the brackets are announced.
