I don't know about NIL's relevance, but it sounds more like arrogance and entitlement with these star players, and NIL does tend to feed that. Where every player was pretty much equal - same scholarships, same benefits, etc - now you have some making 7 figures on NIL and others making little to none, and some making 6 figures but are jealous of those making 7. These are young KIDS coming in to a LOT of money. Their maturity just isn't there yet. It adds a whole new element to coaching and managing the team now.

Just breaks my heart that something bad happens to the UT football program!
They deserve better …… maybe a lifetime ban on sports or something else mild like that.

Defense quitting on the team doesn't sound right. They had a legit shot at making the top 4 in the CFP. Now they definitely will not sniff it.
If true though, that team is running the asylum.

Locker room issues like this make me glad that Dabo only recruits guys that he believes fit the culture he wants at Clemson. It is kind of like a job interview in that he can only know so much before the guy actually gets into the locker room but he is working hard to try to make sure they fit and I believe that has to help avoid these types of issues. Athletes tend to have big egos and a lot of pride and some can handle themselves better than others, especially at their age.

I don't buy that BS. It is nothing more than a convenient way for that Bobby Hill look alike to lay the blame for serving ask to bottom feeder like USuCk.

They gave up 49 points at home. Who believes their defense can hang with any of the better teams?
As far as I'm concerned USuCk saved them from getting blown away by OSU in the playoff and further embarrassing their fans.
