It was so secure that it's the only election ever that has destroyed people's lives for having the temerity to question it. Literally every presidential election for the last few decades has had people loudly and proudly claiming the results were fraudulent but only this one gets you saddled with the "election denier" moniker. Imagine that.

Trump lost. The majority of Americans can't stand him. Get over it and face reality. You're cult leader is a fraud.

He might be one as well, but he isnt as insane as Trump, and there is no bigger fraud in the country than Trump. Biden does suck, but Trump is as low as it gets. I still can't believe that Repubs are giving us Trump knowing that they have a promary with other options.

Right, that's why he draws more to any rally in a day than Biden drew the entire campaign season

Yes, because they are a bunch of ignorant lunatics like yourself. Biden didnt need rallies to beat Trump. Also, you have never answered this question before. Don't you think Trump is a God or sent by God to lead this country? What are your exact thoughts on that?

Let's examine the form of RP's argument.

Premise 1: OJ's was wrongly decided by a court.
Conclusion: Therefore, Trump's 60+ court losses were wrongly decided.
Logic time! Is the above argument valid or invalid? Is there an unstated but assumed Premise 2?

I have begun typing up a summary, but first I'd ask you to address my post regarding the merits of your OJ argument. Respond to that and I'll respond in kind to your request.

My argument

was really just an observation regarding one well known case. You have made your own inferences.
All it illustrates is that truth isn't always determined or applied in court.
Your interpretation of that observation was a little broader than that.

The case was between the Allegan County Clerk (Genetski) and Michigan Republican Party ("MRP") on the one hand, vs. the Michigan Sec. of State (Benson) and Director of Elections (Brater) on the other.
The case was decided on March 9, 2021. Incidentally, this isn't one of the Trump campaign lawsuits and it did not challenge the outcome of the 2020 election.
Summary:
Genetski and the MRP filed a 4-part complaint focusing on notices given to voters whose signatures do not sufficiently match their absent voter ballot. In various elections including in 2020, Benson distributed a document called "Absent Voter Ballot Processing: Signature Verification and Voter Notification Standards."
Genetski took issue with the guidance provided in the document, because it included a presumption that the signatures matched. Genetski never alleged, however, that the guidance resulted in any invalid signatures being accepted. The purpose of the lawsuit was to obtain a ruling for the purpose of future elections.
Count I alleged that the guidance was contrary to state law, which the court dismissed.
Count II alleged that Benson's guidance was a "rule" that needed to be issued under the Administrative Procedures Act. The Court found in favor of the Plaintiffs on this count and held that the guidance was invalid. The Secretary of State will have to comply with the APA in subsequent elections in order to issue the guidance.
Count III alleged a violation of the Constitution arguing that Benson's guidance was too vague and imprecise. The plaintiffs admitted this claim was moot because it was filed too late, and the court dismissed it.
Count IV alleged that Genetski had a right to request an audit of his choosing under the Michigan Constitution. However, he admitted that an audit had been either announced or completed already in accordance with Michigan law. The plaintiffs asked for another audit, but the law did not provide for one, so the claim was dismissed.
As a result of the above, the plaintiffs' entire case was dismissed except that the Secretary of State will have to go through APA procedures in order to issue similar guidance in the future.

Elements of the basis for this and other of the arguments around that election strike me as efforts, generally, by the democrats to facilitate fraud and efforts by the pubs to prevent it.
It seems to me like the extensive effort by the left to avoid requiring voter ID is a prime example of the effort to facilitate cheating.
Video of people going to multiple drop boxes to illegally stuff stacks of ballots into them interestingly are not considered by democrats troublesome 'threats to democracy.' The answer to the airing of this seeming evidence of fraud isn't concern for election integrity on the left, but mainly derisive mockery of "election denial."
I think that in itself tells a lot about what's going on.

If your only go to in a debate that involves the legal system is to bring up a court case from 1995, you’ve admitted you’ve lost the argument.
And you’ll probably cry about it when Trump finally gets justice and goes to prison.

Can I take my family of 5's ballots and drop them in? Or do we all have to come individually to make the drop?
