…that was the Clemson Tigers football team that vanquished one blue blood program after another during the 80s, 90s, and 00s.

This is the LAST portal-free, payroll-free Clemson college football team that travels to do the impossible, beating a blue blood program on their own turf, slaying a giant and bask in the glory of it all.

This is the reason that I made sure that I would be present, win or lose, for this final fleeting moment in Clemson football lore.
