When it first came out, I really liked “everybody loves Raymond”. Now I watch it on reruns and I don’t feel the same. Maybe I’m just old. Lol

As far as quality of jokes and structure of story, the office and parks and recreation are untouched. Friends was great show but it doesn’t hold up as well. Seinfeld is still a good watch. 30 rock was thrown out there, also good.
I love the old shows too but as far as “best” it’s not even close. They’re just being nostalgic if picking anything before the 90s

My son was the set dresser and all the background pictures you see of Colorado are mine. Every week there is a scene in the kitchen and to the right of the refrigerator is a calendar. Out of 325 shows that picture wasn't one of mine about 4 times.

Can't believe no one mentioned Friends. Some decent comedy there.
MASH is still pretty funny today. That show came out not long after Vietnam War even though was based on Korean War, my father being an Army guy in those yrs, I remember it seemed to be hard to watch for a lot of his friends, yet they couldn't not watch it for the laugh.
