Now we face the potential of all out war with a woefully inept commander in chief, the least qualified secretary of Defense in our nation's history, a homeland security secretary who's only contribution is photo ops, a disjointed disrupted department of defense that cares more about squashing diversity and renaming bases than actually defending a nation, and congress that is merely a collection of social media influencers. What a pickle we're in. MAGA idiots, when folks said donny was an existential threat to democracy this is what they meant.

Opposition to Donny is an act of patriotism. This great nation deserves much more than it's getting from its leaders. You're a pathetic rube that believes the lie that Trump IS America and to oppose him is treason. Just another brainwashed MAGA.

You're fooling yourself, but no one else. Most of what you post is nonsensical drivel or conspiracy theory lunacy.
I don't compare the POTUS to the leader of Iran because, unlike MAGA cultists, I know the difference between an opponent and an enemy. Putin, Xi, Khamenei are our enemies; AOC, Schiff, MTG, Gaetz are opponents. That's why you idiots view anyone who speaks out against donny as anti-American you put politics above patriotism and think others do as well.

The over-extensions of executive power may diminish the balance of power between the branches of government. The overreach one side embraces now may lay the foundation for how the other side governs in the future.

Tragically for America, enough of our Uniparty politicians (both Democrats and RINOs) have proven themselves unreliable stewards of Top Secret Information that they cannot be trusted.
Scoring political points / undermining their political enemies are more important to them and their special interest constituencies than the safety of our military service personnel.
Thus, the moral decision clashed with the legislative - decision-process one.
(?-1). Is it better to ignore the (dual role of Congess + President) and protect the safety of our military personnel?
-or-
(?-2). Is it better to expose our military personnel to additional risk in order to honor the dual-role / decision-process protocol?

It further illustrates how unfit Donny is to lead our great nation. I’m a Republican (most definitely not a MAGA) Democrats are our OPPONENTS; Iran is our ENEMY. That’s the biggest lie Trump tells; “America First”. No it’s MAGA first; he’ll put foreign nations ahead of fellow Americans if those Americans are on the wrong side of the aisle. You MAGA idiots have bought into the lie that Democrats hate America; they do not they just have a different vision for how to “make it great again”. If POTUS has an obligation to inform congress of an impending military action he has an obligation to do so along congressional assignments and roles not along party lines.
PS if his fear was that the bombing plans would be leaked then he introduced much more risk of that by telling his own secretary of defense now didn’t he?

I wonder when Pete (and Tulsi) learned the bombers were in the air and the sun was ready to fire. I’m thinking after the fact. Probablyinutrd before the press conference. Pete would be fired if not for the optics. If he fired Pete Samson it would remind the viewers of TrumpWorld seasons 1-4 where there wa heavy cast turnover. As an experienced show runner, Trump wants seasons 5-8 (or 12) to have their own story lines other than turnover.
Stephen Miller has flexed his muscle as executive producer this season. That’s been interesting. Elon’s special guest star appearance brought ratings for a bit but his acting chops proved not to be up to the challenge.

I don't think very highly of the Pres or some of the people he has put in some of the highest positions in government, but the list of people unhappy about this bombing effort is probably limited to the Iranian regime and people who blindly Trump no matter the issue.

The Iranians haven't disputed it - not even a whisper of disagreement on what the US has claimed. Neither have they provided evidence of any plane shot down. The only thing they have done is vowed to retaliate. 'nuff said.

I’m not one to commonly agree with Lester, but in this case I do.
We are already getting a trickle of info that supports Iran’s claims that the attacks did not come close to ‘destroying’ Iran’s uranium enrichment capability. I think our best reasonable hope as of Sunday night June 22nd is that it will take many months (don’t ask me what constitutes “many”) before Iran can begin anew with Uranium enrichment.
There is satellite photography of Iran having a bevy of trucks leaving Fordow on … Thurs or Friday (well prior to June 21 attacks). What was in those trucks? Too many to be just carrying out enriched uranium stocks. I’m betting that they removed a bunch of equipment.
The question here is: How did Iran know … just one or two days prior to the secret surprise attack … to move out a bunch of stuff from Fordow?

Of course, anything is possible

There are always questions and conspiracies that arise out of these situations. Things that I might ask would include:
- If Iran knew the attack was coming then why didn't they shoot down any planes? The cost of the [whole] of their nuclear operations in those plants far exceeds the cost of any possible equipment that may have been moved. Certainly, Iran would want to exact some measure of [cost] against the US as well. I can't imagine they would pass on an opportunity to have a stealth bomber in hand... even if in pieces.
- The amount of equipment moved - if moved - would not be enough to establish a new production site. And where would they take the equipment? Certainly, if there are photos of trucks [leaving] then there are photos showing where they went. Another target site mapped out for the US or Isreal so easily? Not likely.
- If equipment was relocated, how hard will it be to destroy it in its new location? Israel can do that without US action - especially if it is not underground.
To say that the operation was not a success is, imo, not reflective of the truth. To say the planning of this operation (original OP insinuates) was completed by the most inept group of people in US history is, also, not reflective of the truth. The operation was planned and executed with a masterful touch. But, that is just my opinion, of course.

Our military is compromised of highly trained, highly, competent, highly intelligent professionals. They succeed in spite of, not because of, the losers Trump foisted upon them. It's a travesty that the welfare of such high caliber men and women who are the best of us has been placed into the hands of a collection of morons who don't deserve to be put in the same breath as the people they "lead".
