Underappreciated Has played arguably even better than Ship happens Anyone else agree? He's been our top offensive weapon 2nd half of the season

Great back. Can’t wait to see what those 2 accomplish next season. Only position group on the offensive side that wasn’t a disappointment.

We should play wildcat with ship and pace. No reason to even pretend we are going to throw.

Offensive line is only issue with that. The wishbone is awesome but the QB needs to know how to run it and the line has to power block, not zone block. We get 0 push on runs…but they are decent at pass blocking

Ship probably, but not by a lot. I think all three backs are excellent.

such as inside “and” outside running ability and pass catching (usually).
Pace more Bama-like power back but has good speed.

Shipley (739) has more rushing yards than Pace (641), but Pace (6.2) has a higher yards/carry than Shipley (5.0)
Pace (131) has more receiving yards than Shipley (116) and a higher yards/catch (10.9 for Pace and 7.3 for Shipley)
Shipley (11) has more TDs than Pace (6)

Power runner for sure. Pace and Shipley are one heck of a one- two punch. Awesome to have both plus Mafah!

Both are great running backs. Why are you trying to create controversy in the position group that has the best outlook in the team? Just needing to manufacture some drama where it isn’t needed?

Pace is a stud. A shifty power back that we haven't had lately

Of course ETN is the greatest RB to ever play at Clemson, but I LOVE how Pace I'd patient, let's holes open, and runs low and behind his pads. He's going to have an outstanding career.

Who doesn’t appreciate Pace? Man, I loved seeing the 2 back set with Pace and Ship both in there. IMO they’re basically interchangeable.

I don’t recall him dropping a pass and of course Shipley dropped several. I’m a big Shipley fan, but I agree that Pace doesn’t get as much credit as he deserves. He is a really good player

All three are studs, but those three are all we got. A RB room of 3 is very very thin. I would love to see all 3 of them on the field at the same time, and more of 2 of them also, but we will have to protect them and watch their carries. We CAN NOT afford an injury to any of those three in spring ball or fall camp.
Hopefully, ETN Jr comes here. I know he is projected to UF (which blows my mind considering D. Bowman isn't even seeing the field with all the RBs they have), but hopefully, he ends up here to make number four.
