Just so hard to get used to how much we stink at baseball. Is there any team we can win a series against? Goodness how can the baseball team be worse than the basketball team?

We were competitive. Our pitching was good. Not sure why Lindley came back out and not Weiss but whatever. We had 9 hits. 3 by Cam. Blackwell needs to be benched. He sure should have been pinch hit in the 8th. His BA for risp is. 159, lowest on team. He's now the leading k king. Grice piled up a bunch early season.

Ingle got a beautiful first pitch to hit. Oh well. Hey coach, keep playing our freshman... the guys that haven't been touched by Monte. Still think we're getting better. Even though you would think wake has out recruited us, they haven't. The guys that's beat us the last 2 days are +500 pg rated.

Really feel if they could break though & get a series win, it would create some positive juju for these guys.

Hoping coach Bakich is right when says he believes with every fiber in his body that they will get hot and go on a run.It's just wearing like crazy on the fan base right now to not see these 1 run leads end up in wins and not have all these losses that has the opposing teams come from behind in the 8th and 9th innings to win and either the Pitching Staff and or Defense as a whole not being able to close games down or the Offense to get more runs in late innings when the lead is still very close.It's got to turn some time you would hope,so hopefully the 2nd half of the season which begins tomorrow in the series finale against the Deacs will show that to be the case and going forward.
