Yall don’t understand that that will actually HELP them get in. The committee has stated over and over that “ WINS OVER CONFERENCE CHAMPS MATTER A LOT”, so that would help their case.

The committee can say that all they want, but the simple fact is that the 5 highest ranked conference champions go, then 7 more. Who is South Carolina going to jump?

One of the reasons South Carolina is given so much credit is nobody expected them to be 9-3. They are given credit for beating nobody with a real pulse all season (including us) and they are given credit for almost beating a bad LSU, and almost beating the worst Bama team team since Mike Shula. Where as other teams are rightful looked down upon for losing 3 games.

12 is too many teams in the playoff, heck 4 was too many most years.
