Visited daughter on Sunday

Oct 7, 2020, 10:35 AM

She tested positive for corona on Tuesday. Nothing but a mild sore throat. So wife, baby and I all are monitoring symptoms (symptom free unless a mild hangover is a symptom) until we get tested tomorrow.

Looks like we’re non-book learning about the Rona.

Yep, not good from a purely timing standpoint.***

I am your daughter?

That's sucky, hope you all are well.

My great aunt passed away yesterday from the Covid, she was 84.

Mumbette's 24 year old son had it 3 months ago.

Symptoms were cold like. He was over it in about a week. No lingering effects, so that's my only personal data point.

Just heard we probably dodged another bullet

House cleaning lady is sick with it. Whole family has it. Single mom of three. She was here last Tuesday and is not due here again until next Tuesday. So we probably squeaked by yet again. Had previous close calls with the baby sitter for the kids, and then one of Mom's helpers.

Luck's going to run out at some point.

Stay safe my friend.

I'm sure she will be just fine.
