your sinuses that you can't get out by blowing.
Tips: -Only use boiled water (or distilled water). Wait for it to cool or you'll burn the #### out of your nose. -Make sure to keep your mouth open and breath or the water will get stuck up in your nose.
You'll have a saline taste in your mouth for a bit but it worth it b/c you'll be able to breath again.

Use it in the shower. A lot less messy this way.
I just put the salt in mine and fill it with water from the shower head. No brain eating bacteria yet.

let it cool until it's about 95 degrees or so. I think the hypertonic solutions work better than the isotonic solutions.
It's kinda weird to get used to, but these things are great.

I've also wondered but always too afraid to use it.
Do you have to do it daily? Like every morning?

Used it when I got home and before bed and it did pretty well. Did it this morning, awesome, morning was the best.
Feels really weird, but it works.

So if you use it in the morning are your sinuses clear the whole day?
I guess the real test is coming up in a couple months.
