Our recruiting was disappointing this year. Low numbers. Many lost ‘commits’.

It's only disappointing if you don't understand roster limitations, literally can't sign more players without cutting or transferring guys out

Somehow Clemson is the only team struggling with this problem. Why is that? Why did we try to sign those 6 four & five star decommits this cycle if we didn't have space for them on the roster?

we had room, The other guys we eventually signed were taken in place of them after decommitment.

agree, we are the only major school signing small classes every couple years. When your competition signs 10-11 more players each year , you get further and further behind . Jeff scott was national recruiter of the year multiple times and his dad, Brad also played a huge roll behind the scenes in this success.

didnt say he was a good head coach , but our talent was top shelf and our recruiting was great when he was here and his dad was in an office role here supporting recruiting efforts. by the way we also won 2 national titles with him here as an assistant.
