A South Carolina high school recruit just said this to a reporter for the gamecocks
."I just love South Carolina," he said. "Everything about it is great. It's beautiful down there and they have that stadium. Plus, they've been really good lately and just keep winning. No one has ever told me a bad thing about them."
I have heard it all… Its beautiful……Never told me a bad thing….
Well son, you sir are a VERY bright individual and really have grasped this whole recruiting process.

maybe that's how they get kids from that state and it wasn't the "foundation" that was paying for unofficial visits after all. Its a great recruiting pitch.
"Hey, Columbia isn't as bad as......here."

Did you ever consider that the kid has been thru High School and even Jr.High and has never seen the Tigers beat USuC . If you don't realize or recognize how the over all opinion of the two Universities has shifted over the last several years you are just being foolish. I really hate that it has happened but you have to acknowledge that it exists before you can fix it.
