make sure you have all your toppings ready to put on the tortilla once you put it in the skillet, because it doesn't take long to get it crispy on the bottom. I don't use a tomato-sauce type base, I mix up some diced fresh spinach leaves, fresh basis, pesto, and a lil olive oil to make a paste for the base.
I like them because they're really quick and easy.

my platesetter brokeded for the third time, but recently acquired an adjustable rig. Hot smoked a bunch of trout last night, so gametime food will fish cakes and some kinda dill sauce, maybe a mousseline.

butt I have made dill dough pizza, actually shredded a bunch a spinach in it as well, dough turned out bright green, which was pretty cool lookin. Salmon and a bunch of other shizz on top, it were tasty.

we have gotten pretty good at sneaking spinach into just about anything for the 2 yr old. she loves za and this may be a good way to sneak it past her.

I just put the tenderloins in a rosemary / garlic marinade. The grill cranks up at 17:30. Sliders, beer and AIS by 18:30.
