Smart really has become an elite coach regardless of how he got there. He recruits top players and surrounds them with top flight coaching. I would so love to see Monken call agame for Klubnik. It’s going to be a challenge catching up to them that staff seems so driven. Hopefully TCU magical season will continue. I can see the giving the dogs a better game than Michigan

Anyone can be beat at anytime.
I think TCU can beat them. Whether they do or not remains to be seen.
Ohio owned them for most of the game yesterday! It just wasn't the kickers day.

I do not like Kirby at all but one of the guys made the comment last night that he is obsessed with every little detail in preparation. I was watching a documentary on Patten last week and the same was said about him. Seems all good leaders share that trait.

Look, I hate UGA more than anyone, but tip your hat.
And....
They pay more than us. That is by choice....not b/c we can't pay more. That's a very false narrative spread on here....
They offer more kids than us and don't get caught empty handed when they don't land a desired target. As a result, they don't have the roster management issue we have.
Kirby is flexible like Saban. Both have shown you only need to use the portal lightly....
Look at what Kirby said in refernce to Dan Mullen...a notrious lazy recruiter after they beat UF last year:
Kirby Smart: "There’s no coach out there that you can out-coach recruiting. No coaching is going to out-coach players. Anybody will tell you our defense is good because we have good players."

UGA is the best job in the country (even before this run) and there is a reason Saban wanted it even before Alabama. Kirby has the program running close to peak efficiency now. Kirby also has no respect for Coach Swinney so he will make a point to stuff him in a locker when he gets a chance on the field or the recruiting trail.
