attendance at Georgia southern game as you saw it , . . announced attendance was just over 79,000...either way , attendance looked pretty good on tv,....

One thing for sure .... we had a lot more than Usuck,UNC,NCSU, VPI, and several other non football programs.

Half the student section in the upper deck was empty. I think they were concerned about getting back to dorms after the game in potential tropical storm conditions.

You could tell,it was not as crowded around the concession stands or bathrooms -- traffic flow for us was non-existent for a noon game -- and with the ""HEAT"" stands were starting to empty mid-third quarter, as soon as we got a little cushion in the score* -- seems like all who were at the game,followed the advice for the weather alerts -- saw folks cleaning up tailgates after the game,and with fewer LEO's to direct traffic,things were moving along just fine* __GO TIGERS !!!!

line after halftime. My wife commented, wow, there's nobody there.
I was impressed with the overall turnout watching on tv, but looks like a lot of folks left with 3 mins to go in the first half and never made it back in. Either way, thanks to all who went to cheer on our Tigers!

It was the slowest entering crowd I have ever seen. 15 minutes prior to kickoff the place was half empty. It filled up well by kick off. I was sitting on home side, and the upper deck on the North side was pretty packed.
of course the normal halftime exodus....
