Umm ... Call me a skeptic... Once someone has gone so far over the edge as to hack another person's head open and eat their brains and an eyeball - I just don't think someone can come back from that level of crazy. But then again I'm a bit old fashioned...

If the Psych Board that is beginning this process of conditional release of this insane animal is sincere, they should welcome the animal in their neighborhood.

Perhaps they can offer this man with unusual dietary habits a job landscaping their lawns or as a dog sitter.
