He will hit the portal and let our inept position coaches under develop more talent. No thanks. Unless he does something about the Friends & Family Plan very little changes.

DAVID HOOD captured all of our issues and solutions in his article today. His is an honest, succinct analysis of our problems, their solutions, and the CEO who must make some hard decisions. Dabo has either brought (or retained) some monumentally unqualified assistant and position coaches. He has to decide whether or not to rift friends, past recommendations, and modify his organization. We can't put it all on the players, many of whom obviously aren't being challenged--or coached properly.

What we have here is our worst season in 15 years. I like, trust, and respect Dabo and know that he realizes what is wrong. We can only hope he'll make the difficult, often personal decisions to get us back on track. We have all seen horrible coaching and execution failures. We've seen players wandering around looking as though they don't have clue about where to be and how to play. That's inexcusable, and most of it is the result of bad coaching seasoned with a little nepotism. GO TIGERS---PLEASE!
