I agree 100%. I do understand, though, that the staff has the necessary focus on OL needs. They know where the game is won. OL commits will be in place by NSD.

I'm far from a recruiting guru, but the majority of these guys have already committed elsewhere and the only one i know of that seems realistic is 3* Cooper Dawson out of Hannahan. Maybe there's someone that's still off the radar or maybe Dabo and company can flip a guy, but right now it seems like if they want to sign more than ~2 OL in this class they are really going to have to reach.
Things just didn't work out real well for us in regards to OL this year.

Coach Caldwell is a fine coach, but he should consider retirement after the season because his recruiting is simply not up to par year to year. Dabo needs a younger fired up coach who relates to young linemen who want the Clemson experience.

if everyone is expected to qualify, then they only have room for one more...The only other option is greyshirting a couple of the guys
So I guess the next questions are...who is a long shot to qualify? or, who are they planning on greyshirting?

true O-Tackle on the current roster, vast majority are much better suited for playing O-Guard, unfortunately.

& try to grow them into O-tackles; with the hope that 1 of them can start at Right tackle & possibly 2nd team Left tackle(contend w/ athletic pass rushing 4-3DE/3-4OLB, keep TL healthy
