I am pretty sure they are. I think on3 was incorporated into the composite about a month ago. I like on3 in that you can see a players rating from the 4 services on the one site. I am not sure how I feel about on3 team ratings based solely on player avg.

The On3 Consensus is the only rating and ranking that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
The On3 Consensus equally weights the four major media companies at 25%. Other industry composite ratings disproportionately weight their own rating, in some cases greater than 50%.?

That's my understanding, too. He was interviewed last night on Warchant.com. (That is the largest, by far, FSU internet sight. They have about 6 full time on air personalities, plus all the behind camera stuff.
Warchant left Rivals to join on3. I'm pretty sure the guy who started on3 was formerly at 247 and he started a completely new web-based company last year. He is adding schools on a daily basis.
I'm not sure how this is going to affect free content from them. They have a YouTube channel (warchant tv) and put out videos on a daily basis.
