Irans nukes

US President Donald Trump has urged Iran to make a deal on its nuclear programme, warning of "even more brutal" Israeli attacks.
Anyone believe Trump will be successful with this tactic?
I do not.

I can tell you. It will not be successful.
Seriously, do you think Iran would buckle and say oh OK we’ll sign a nuclear agreement because you’ve been bombing us?
That’s ridiculous.
Trump and Netanyahu know that Iran will not buckle and sign nuclear agreement after this bombing. They both know their actions increase the probability a continuing war. Netanyahu needs the war to continue.
Remember, Jared Kushner was going to solve Middle East problems. Peace agreement. ### happened?

I am saying I don't think it matters either way, but force may work. Who knows? I don't think anything will stop Iran from continuing to strive for nuclear icbms. I don't think it hurts a bit what Trump says.

The Palestinian issue has always been the key sticking point. That is what happened with the Kushner plan.

Thank you Captain obvious.
So the Palestinian “issue” was a little bit of a sticking point.
Sounds like you are no more of a foreign policy analyst than Kushner.

You asked the question dufus! I answered it and you get panty bunched, what a small tool🤣.
That issue will always be the sticking point as nobody can agree as to what to do with them. NOBODY wants them not even other Arab nations. Yet they really cannot disavow them publicly. Rock meet hard place.

To continue funding their nuclear program like Biden did…that would definitely appease them!

Make claims about being the only one who can fix a problem, then do everything possible to sabotage the most sustainable solution with wildly unrealistic demands.

We should have taken them out. Israel shouldn’t have had to do it.

No we shouldn't have. It's more Israel's problem than ours anyway. No way we should have taken them out though.

Not the current leader. No we didn't. That's another topic anyway. No we shouldn't be going all out in Iran right now.

Of course not, but this is the same issue we have always had. We didn't want NK to get a nuke either. In ideal world we would be the only country with nuke. And?

No we did not, against advice we chose for him not to have, let’s say, an accident. Shah was our boy not a religious cleric.

The Shaft left Iran almost 50 years ago now. We didn't choose anything. We would have kept him if we had the option. We have nothing to do with who their current leaders are today though.

The Shah was our boy and yes that ended a long time ago., in fact the company I worked for flew him out. Once again we had nothing to do with putting kohmenni? In power but we did not off him like the Europeans suggested.
I know quite a few folks that were over there when it all went down. Lots of scrambling to get out and lots of personal stuff left behind

A bunch of those rich Iranian children went to school with me. They apparently left Iran with their pockets lined. I would have done he same. They got a much better deal.

Oh I know a few from my time in SoCal, most of them left with nothing. Lost businesses and money, after the revolutionaries found they could not run thing they contacted them to come home. Nobody went back. The Shah did have a really nice home on a cliff in Monticito , had a beach house on a trolly that could be lowered to the beach if they wanted to swim.
