Iptay Away Game Tix Payment

Curious if anyone has been contacted yet regarding payment for away game tix requested thru Iptay? The tix to the two away games I requested appear in the new ticket system/app as “Football Away Game Request”, with no corresponding seat assignments.

I sent that question to IPTAY Ticket office a couple of days ago. They show the requests but haven’t assigned seating yet and will send payment notice when price is determined. Also if you get any seatbacks, the locations don’t match your seats. Apparently they had to enter a bogus location until they get that part of the system working. They could do a much better job of communicating how this transition is going than they do. I haven’t checked today but you can’t even get to your IPTAY account either.

I spoke to Ipaty today....they said in a few weeks you will be able to log into your Iptay account

I guess in a couple of weeks it will be “early July” like their site says. said.

Oops. I notice they’ve changed it to now say it will be inaccessible for a “short period of time.” Those new offices must be awesome.
