it's been the willingness to "play the game"........NIL / PORTAL / NIL-HS recruiting / etc....

If Dabo truly changes his MO w/ regards to those things, we'll get back to Elite. Those are the last boxes for him to check.

time will tell.........his "ain't nobody gonna have more money than Clemson" statement leaves zero EXCUSE NOT to be national title contenders each year.............got to back up that statement or else it's just hollow.

EXACTLY Pheebo… it’s NEVER been a question of how much we have… we have always had plenty… it’s a question of… how will it be used?

Everyone will see this as great news and it truly is but it’s not news that Clemson has money bc we’ve always had it.

Dabo himself just said on that tweet… nobody will have more than Clemson. They’re literally ZERO excuses anymore.

Never want to see… we can’t compete financially… on this board ever again but yet some will still use the same ol excuse if we don’t use it the way it’s supposed to be used.

If Dabo uses it the way he should… we’ll be back in the top 5 and national conversation fairly quickly. Time will tell…

that still will not be half of what a school like Texas or OSU will be working with.
Clemson will be like the Braves, ..a little bit more to work with than most teams but never gonna compete with the Dodgers, Red Sox or Yankees for free agents.
