This will be the 2nd year in a row that the national champion will be from above the Mason Dixon line. Last time it happened was 94-95 Nebraska went back-to-back. So, does that mean that now that the portal is wide open and NIL is no longer in the shadows that maybe the landscape of college football is beginning to balance out?
