TL<img border=">R- The claim that the ACC could kick a member out (with a 3/4 vote) and STILL retain their media rights is against the plain reading of the contract.

To me, this an example of why this lawsuit is a smart move. There are items that if construed in favor of the ACC, the items make no sense. Kicking out a member and keeping their rights, having their rights post-exit, having liquidated damages that are clearly designed as a penalty.

The thing to me is, it is glaringly obvious that the ACC has not, does not have Clemson's, or any other schools' best interest in mind. Continually bowing to ESPN, SEC, B1G. When the commissioner comes out and proudly proclaims he wants the ACC to be a basketball conference first... its time to go!
