FiveThirtyEight is Nate Silver's website. Statistics guru, mostly politics, but does sports, too.
Has CU with the highest chance of both making the playoffs (86%) and winning the Natty (31%). Bama is 67% and 27% respectively. Also of note, he has Oklahoma as team 4, with 49% chance of getting in and 7% chance of winning.

I suspect that's an effect of a tougher schedule for Bama

I think if they beat LSU on Saturday their overall percentage will creep up and if they win the SEC CCG they'll have better odds than us.
