In your opinion, when is it time

To break out the golf sticks? This cold weather coupled with watching the Hawaii tourney have me in decisive.
Personally if it is 50+F and dry it's golf time.

That's why I live in Boca. It is always golf time. However, I plan to make a move to SC so we can be closer to the Tigers. Have to give up the great winter weather.

team in Pittsburgh, my own rules of golf:
Never, ever play when it's raining; never play when it's below 75 degrees...and if you hit a bad shot, the HT Rules of Golf apply: pick up the ball, give yourself par and go on to the next hole.
That way you never leave a golf course disappointed! He seemed to be somewhat chagrinned....lol

awful conditions.
I don't see how Jack Nicklaus became anything close to the golfer he was growing up in this area. Most courses are closed 3 months out of the year with another 2 months of marginal golfing weather.
At least, that's what I'm blaming my awful game right now, the lack of play due to bad weather

If the golf course is open and there is no wind, temperature doesn't matter!

I do that. I've been on boats many times in freezing temps.
I've even fished up near Cherokee, NC in the dead of winter. Just don't fall in the water like I've done lol

Exactly the same weather conditions I have always used. Anything below that is not good.
