You know for some reason I just cant shake this feeling. The point spread has been +9 for months and now +8.5. Is this a lack of respect or do the bookies know something we don't. Everybody knows the bookies don't lose often. Just seems fishy to me!!

than us. I think a lot of major college programs get more than 3 pts for home field, i would guess more like 4-5 for a game in Athens. So UGA is projected to be ~4 pts better than us and the rest is from home field.
Also, the the public has the majority of the control over the line once it opens. The line not moving more in our favor is lack of respect from the betting public thus far.

I went to UGA when we played Clemson every year, and know how strong your fan base is. Hell, I almost went there, so sorry if I don't talk smack. I also don't put my foot in my mouth. You just can't tell with these games. I think UGA will be a little better this year. We have nowhere to go but up on defense. Gurley will get his yards, and Mason, I think, will be adequate. We've got a lot of people he can throw to. We'll be healthier, hopefully. Straight-up, I take UGA by 6 because of the home crowd. Your Vegas bet could work out for you, but I wouldn't call it an easy call. Maybe a calculated one. Still, momentum plays a big part, and one team could run away with it. Should be fun.

It has a Georgia bias, but it should. But the earlier post from Slumdog about how Clemson fans don't realize how talented the Dawgs are is a load of ####. It seems to me that the lack of respect for talent runs the other direction. Clemson is loaded too. And we have actually done something with it lately.
