I'm young, handsome, jacked, single, established in my career, sober, make more money than I know what to do with (most of the time - I don't require much), get to travel a few times a year and do exactly what I want to do, probably can retire at 50 based on my current trajectory. I spend most days thinking more about what I want to eat than I do thinking about other people.
Maybe this is the Lord's way of getting me out of my own self-centeredness. Maybe, just maybe, if I become responsible for another life, I will go into level 2 of the grindset and go on to do legendary things.
This is not an obstacle, but an opportunity.

When that kid comes you'll age. Your handsomeness will erode due to stress. You won't have time to work out, you'll drink like 7 kids...errr...7 spots, and you'll be broke af because the littlebastards are expensive. You'll not travel again for the foreseeable future and retirement will slide back to MINIMUM 65. You'll not even have time to think about eating and instead will just frequent burger king for years on end.
Trust me, this is an obstacle. Yuge one. The gift that keeps on giving.

The worst thing that can happen is that she's actually knocked up by some other dude, tentdweller ends up marrying her to "do the right thing", they spend 15 years together during which time she gains 200#, quits work to be a stay at home mother, and becomes unemployable. Him being the bread winner for a manufactured relationship with a gray whale is at best stressful, and they get in tremendous amount of debt because she won't quit spending so she can keep up with her b!tchy, fat friends.
He's working hisass off every day, and has nothing to show for it except a fat ungrateful wife who offers nothing and takes everything. He gets resentful, she divorces him, and takes 60% of everything he had or will ever own. Meanwhile, she goes on ozempic, loses weight, and invites some loser unemployed meth head dude to move into HIS house to heklp spend his money. He's living in a flea bag rental somewhere barely making ends meet because she is jacking 3/4 of his bring home in alimony and child support.
When the kid turns 18 she tells him it wasn't his. He goes into a spiral of depression and drug use because he has wasted the best years of his life on an overweight succubus who lied to him. He has no assets, no retirement, an ends up OD'ing on a fentanyl/heroin binge. His body turns up two weeks later after it starts to smell in a motel on Two Notch rd in Columbia. His ex has turned the kid against him, so they just laugh about how much of a loser he was.
That, or something close, is prob the worst that could happen.

...where YeahBudddy's demon child grows up, kills Yeahbudddy in a random fit of roadrage (not knowing that YB is actually his dad), accidentally grows up and marries Nurse (who offs herself after she realizes that the kid is now her son/husband), before he eventually gouges out his own eyes in grief.
THAT might be the worst possible outcome.
