I don't think there will be a tremendous volume of doubters in the long run with Deshaun, though. The Browns will probably pass on him because they're, well, the Browns, and their stadium has since been dubbed the "Factory of Sadness" by their own fans. But that's why they're the Browns.

But if Watson starts dropping, at all, what's going to happen is some of the more cold-eyed, cynical, and, you know, smarter teams are going to see their chance...and they're going to make a hard move to jump high enough to grab him because the smart ones know he's a franchise QB and those just don't come along every day. Or even every year. And that's why those franchises keep winning despite mechanisms like the draft and free agency that are supposed to establish parity.

He is 100% correct about Trubisky actually being a nobody. I mean what's special about his 13 starts, h&ll he lost 5 of those to a 8-5 UGA, 10-4 VT, 4-8 Duke, 7-6 NCST, and a 10-3 Stanford team. Yep, now we know why the Browns are losers, they don't recognize great players when they see them!!!

Y'all do realize Stephen A Smith is not exactly loved amongst black folks either lol so it's hard to call him racist...... But his assessment on DW was spot on I can't understand what these scouts are looking at if they think Tribusky or Mahomes are better than DW it befuddles me
