Could Ole Miss be emboldened by what it has seen as far as

other SEC members who have cheated with essentially no ramifications from the NCAA, i.e., South Carolina, Auburn, etc.? In other words, has the precedent been set that you're insulated significantly, if not safe, from the NCAA if you're in the southeasern conference?

UT sent some skanks with credit cards to Byrnes high school and that quickly went away also.

It is the rule, and not the exception in the secheat that they all get a pass when it comes to NCAA rules.

It sure is looking that way to me. I would like to see SMU bring a suit against the NCAA for their death penalty. The economic impact of that penalty was huge. They still haven't recovered. And now you have things happening like sCam Newton and Whitneygate that get a tap (not even a slap) on the wrist.
Yeah. I think Ole Miss has decided to up their game when it comes to cheating. They finally have $EC speed with the credit card.

A team that hasn't been able to even get a visit from a 5 star in 20 years is suddenly attracting 5 stars from all over the country? They are not just dirty, they are filthy.

outraged TigerNet brethern should form a coalition and go after Ole Miss. I think its the only way you will be truly satisfied.
The overwhelming majority of the class comes from MS, Memphis or a bordering state.
Look at their class and tell me who does not belong? Who, when you look at their class, would make you say, 'there is no way that kid should ever be going to Ole Miss'? I'll give you Treadwell, but he was only down to OSU and Ole Miss so maybe the no huddle offense was his destination. Who else....Daniel?..grades are an issue with him and it looks like OM will work to get him in. WHo else?
Nkemdiche is going bc of his brother, Conner may committ bc he lives 15 min away from campus. Tunesil (sp?) would be an out of the ordinary get, but once you get the ball rolling others hop on the wagon.

Sure, guys like Laremy Tunsil, who just said that Mississippi is in his top three, have historically visited Miss. It appears that you are the one who doesn't know much about recruiting.

Yes, guys like Tunsil have visited and committed to Ole Miss in the very recent past for that matter.

but people are acting like Ole Miss is essentially the equivalent of Eastern Michigan and cannot fathom that a kid would want to go there.

Im not "butt hurt" over everyone attacking Ole Miss

out of fear that they will take over the recruiting world.
And nice research there..quality work my friend. I would like someone in the OM b!itchfest crowd to show me which currently committed recruits do not belong there?
Also, if high profile players have always gone elsewhere, then how do you explain the 20+ 4 and 5 star players that committed in the 4 yrs prior to Freeze's arrival.....which included 3 5 stars.
ALso, did you ever consider that Freeze is a solid recruiter and a dang good coach. He reminds me of Dabo when it comes to recruiting.
Ole Miss may be cheating, I dont know and neither do you (no one on here has any evidence other than bringing up what happended when Billy Brewer was there). Im sure boosters do offer items but those goes on a lot of places.
