Tell me--how good will we be next year? I see two guys coming back who can legitimately play: Filer and Roper. McDaniels has regressed and even on his best nights, he's either a streak shooter or an athletic freak. There's no place for him in Brownell's offense. In a full-court press defense, he could be a monster, but we'll never see that.
Our post game is in shambles with Booker and Jennings leaving. Where exactly is this "building" you speak of?

It seems like we have some sort of tangible results of Dabo and his staff "building" something. I would like to believe that Brownell and company are doing the same, but just not seeing it.

where the history of great college basketball was made. I say give Brownell six years to see what he can do. If there is no improvement, then spend the dollars to see if an "elite" coach can make Clemson a basketball power.

Thank u. Finally someone who understands that going from a frog to a prince is going to take some real time. He suits up 10 players, one of whom gets to play when we r up 15+ with 5 minutes to go, and the "couch coaches" on this board are ready to fire the coach because he can't win with his sophs and frosh and 2 mediocre seniors. If it wasn't so sad to read all this garbage it would be funny. Give it a few years and lets see what he can do and stop griping every time one of our coaches loses a game, especially one who took over a poor team to start his tenure. As for the rave reviews on Jennings and Booker, nice kids, but lets see where they go in the 1st round, or the 2nd round, or the 3rd round, or no round, and wind up playing overseas - maybe!!

knew that this year was going to be a rough ride. With Milton gone, I think the team will show improvement next season.

Yeah, lose the third leading scorer, second leading rebounder, one of only 2 players to break 20 points in a game (Devin is the other), second in assists, and second in 3 point percentage definitely means we will be better. I'm not saying Milton is great, but he is top 3 in practically every stat. That production is hard to just replace.

You have opinion confused wiht truth.
Sadly your opinion is not a very intelligent one.
You fire Brownell before he even has a chance to have a Senior class and no decent coach will come into this place due to those expectations and lack of patience.
That plus no decent coach will want to come to a place that has our #### facilities.
