Dawn Staley saved by wearing a N95 mask during that one-minute interview after the 3rd quarter.
Thank you ma’am. You are a true hero.

As a health care worker, I always appreciate those mask wearers for reducing any potential excess strain on our overworked and overcrowded health care system. Thanks for pointing it out cause I didn’t see it.

I received my 2nd covid booster yesterday, and I still wear a mask when I'm in a public establishment.

Wow. Gold star for you. Are you going to get a booster every 4 months?

Question for you: did you wear a mask before COVID? Because you might have carried influenza and infected many people with it and some of them might have died. Do you only care about people who get sick from or die of COVID?
Influenza kills tens of thousands of Americans every year, more than 810,000 hospitalizations and 60,000-90,000 people died (we'll never know for sure, because CDC doesn't require reporting of flu data) in 2018 alone.
Will you stay masked forever, so as to not accidentally spread influenza or COVID (because COVID will never go away)? What level of hospitalization and death prompts masking? Or, more bluntly, how many people is too few people to warrant masking? Until COVID, our society was perfectly fine with letting hundreds of thousands of people get hospitalized with flu and tens of thousands die from flu every year. Were we all uncaring ########?

The key to remember there is covid just hangs around the front entrance. Once you get to the table, you’re in a safe zone.

Serious question, how much does she donate from her annual salary to her chosen causes and issues?

I thought it was inappropriate when she was interviewed after the game and the announcer asked Coach Staley where her and the team would go to celebrate winning the National Championship and she replied “WE’RE GOING TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD “
