My HVAC died at age 19, so I am happy with this mild temperature until I get it replaced. 🤔

August in Texas always meant waking up early and smelling the goat weed, listening to the cicadas ramping up just after sun-up, knowing dove season was right around the corner.
Now it means spending all day and half the night on Hartwell.

Hey…to each his own. I do enjoy Fall, Winter, and Spring in the Carolinas…I have been to Scotland in August (was 50’s and rainy)…Will admit that I kinda like that sort of weather…but don’t think I could do it year round.

With the rain came the warmth that felt cold. 41 deg and dry at my house Sunday morn, felt good. Chilly & wet this morn, 56 deg, chilly and wet go together.
