If we get enough that we need more players than the SEC/ACC can provide, I may add in the Big X(II) or maybe the Pac 12 to give myself an advantage.

and SEC teams, like we did a few years ago. You set up your draft, and beyond that, you put as much work into as you want.
Poker ran one a couple of years ago, and I won it by putting in about one hour a week.
