We {the collective} constantly complain and whine of receiving no respect. Now, a solid program is calling a great play they made against "an unranked team" one of their greatest moments. Essentially saying beating an unranked Clemson is a great accomplishment.
You can't display much more respect than that.
Can't have it both ways fellas....

Well, you've only just conflated two sets of opinions.

I've always maintained that the W's are the respect. Don't give a #### what a talking head nor egotistical player from a team that just beat us ever said otherwise.

They are just great--four straight losing seasons and they finally have a couple of decent ones. I don't care who it is, I hope some team throttles them. FSU needs to be shut up--not only because of what they say about Clemson but the fact that they continually ran their collective mouths publicly all summer.

They printed “King of the Hill” tshirts too. A blind squirrel finds an acorn every now and then. Just think, Clemson had to beat Clemson for them to win.

That is what you do when you finally beat team in your super bowl that you haven't since all the players were in middle school and know you were lucky to do it.

They struggled to beat an unranked team that gave them 10 points. It’s actually kinda pathetic.

C'mon.
If this kind of play makes you stick to your stomach then sports just aren't for you.
This is what you spend your worrying about? "What they're gonna say"??? Better be happy we don't work together ....I'd pour it on like gasoline.
Holy cow. I can't believe all of the whiney pansies TNET is catering to.

week, they will end up tripping themselves up. A lot of teams have spent a lot of years trying to beat Clemson and now when they do; it makes their entire season. That should tell you a lot about the value that the Clemson brand holds, even in a down year.

I agree TigerPaw, beating Clemson IS a big deal. I remember when Clemson would win a big game 30-40yrs back. We’d go bonkers. Print bumper stickers! Let them have their celebration. They won. Tigers will turn this season around I believe.

Look at it this way. FSU has won National Championships,

and been a top brand for a long time. So, if they consider a couple of plays against Clemson, decades apart, to be among their greatest ever accomplishments, then WE must be doing something right as well. Small comfort, for sure, but it is what it is.
