Filthy hands off my rock! ESPN and AJC got their way with RN so they can talk up the SEC. Well in the long run RN will be the one to suffer not the AJC or ESPN. He really wanted to come to Clemson until those two talked talked and talked him out of it. If he goes to Ol Miss he want make anything of himself there. In the end he may just say Im going to Clemson and the hell with ESPN and AJC. I guess we will have to wait til Feb to find out. But Clemson should go ahead and recruit another top rated DE to take his spot and when he decides he wants to come to Clemson then the coaches can say sorry we gave your offer to someone else. The coaches do not need to baby sit anyone. Clemson is a very special place and if he cant stand behind his original comittment then let him pay for his actions and go to a school school like Ol Miss who will never be more than a sellar team in the SEC. Ol Miss is never on national TV so he will never be seen playing there.

Go after another big time DE. Dont wait around on this kid. Its clear hes gonna end up @ ole miss. Id try and go back after Derrick Green @ RB too. We were in good shape with this kid but backed off to keep Gallman happy. Go get another top rated DE and the top rated RB Dabo. Go Tigers!!!

Agreed!!! Clemson coaches walked on egg shells enough with this kid. But Clemson is one of the top 10 programs in the country and we dont need to baby sit anyone. Go get another top DE and like you said get a top RB too just in case Gallman wants to go with RN. Clemson needs to tell Karma the DB comittment that they are pulling his offer cause there are better DB's than what he is and that the ONLY reason he got an offer was because of RN. All RN is trying to do is get all his buddies from his school into major college programs. Gallman is the ONLY one from his school worth having!!

then he will be welcomed with open arms. No need for you to take it personally...we have no idea the kind of pressure he has faced. He's 18 yrs old for god's sake...and personally, if he wants to come to Clemson perhaps the kind of talk you are sending his way won't help matters any.

I'd rather encourage the kid than to pretend that I have any idea that I know what he has been facing. This may be the smartest move he could have made in the long run. He can take a breath, make his family happy in knowing that he cleared his head, and then still choose Clemson because that is where his heart is. Clemson has just as great a shot as anyone else with him.
