washer fluid to keep it from freezing here in the upstate? No plans to drive to Manitoba.

Every once in a while I'll get one and throw it in, but usually, I just fill the reservoir up with the hosepipe and I've never once had an issue with it freezing up. I realize that might not work for you because even water fears angering a warlord.

Maybe 4 gallons a year or so? Not a lot but I was paying like 7$ or so on each.

This spring when wife and I both needed a gallon I switched to the concentrate. Haven’t had to worry about freeze yet.
