Is it smarter to play money Ball and use the higher probability of making the playoff to our advantage. If FSU left, honestly, would challenge us on a consistent basis?

The regular season games need to help in preparing for the playoffs. Need to develop toughness and play against like athletes.

My opinion anyway.

IMO you are exactly right. Playing against mediocre talent all season, then face some of the best talent in the country for the first time in the playoffs we're going to lose more playoff games than we'll ever win!!!

Not only that Coach Swinney and his loyalty to Clemson won't be here forever. That disparity would lead us to becoming a program that coaches would use to springboard to a bigger payday.
