Tigers next year - should be better than this year if

A solid QB and a solid WR emerge. If this happens, along with Vic's return, I think this team will be really good again

a solid RB. Chances are pretty good that we are going to have a solid QB and even a couple solid WRs....but RB is going to be a whole new deal , we didn't even have a solid #2 this year, imho...

Runningback by committee unless a young player emerges. With 3 to 4 highly rated players that have not played a down available - two that were redshirted - I'm optimistic we'll be better running the football.

Need to replace a few offensive linemen, especially Shatley, and beef up the others to become a solid running team. You don't need a Heisman RB if you got the tough play up front. We don't, yet.

Davis and Beasley basically split time opposite Shatley

so it seems likely one will slide over to his spot. Both have a ton of experience and are more athletic than Tyler. Battle has the big job replacing Thomas at LT. Brandon quietly had an excellent year. All out battle at RT between Anthony, McLain and Gore will be key. Shaq has the upper hand right now having played a lot this year. I agree, if the OL can progress, we'll run the ball fine. We lack experience at RB, but the talent level is way up from last year

RB is the position of least concern, Dye, Gallman, Brooks, &

CJ Davidson and even DJ Howard. We're more than fine there.
You could add Oglesby to that list, but he wont get in with his grades, his grades are so bad that he'll have a hard time making it to a prep school.

I think replacing Hot Rod will be the most difficult position to fill. We will miss him more than the average fan knows. He could pick up the Blitz and run between the tackles well, he will be missed.

QB - Kelly with run threat. WR - Williams, Peake TE - Leggett/McCullough RB - Gallman
Defense will be NASTY without the beast but with and lookout!

Agree but, my biggest concerns will be going into UGA with a new starting QB, they will also, but at home for them. By the first game we will have at least 3 receivers we can depend on with Peak, Humphries, and Williams.

Hopper is no slouch and the tight end position will help also. No shortage of pass catchers on this team.
Hope the return game improves a lot because we haven't had one in years.

You're right, not since CJ but, G Hop could be that man. His speed could be dangerous on returns IMO.
