Pull you up at the drive thru and make you wait before taking your money. Don’t know why the line at chick fil a steers me away when I know they get 5 cars through to every 1 at McDonalds.

I don't do the CFA drivethru any more because:
- duh, line is ridiculous
- they want your order 100' away from the menu board. I don't have the thing memorized so I have always just panicked and get a #1 combo
- when you want to pay in cash it almost offends them

I can via refills of the poison drink. I didn't think I'd like it, but one time I tried sitting down and ordering off the app. It was a very positive experience and now my go to way of ordering. Somehow it easier to make sure I get my points.

All the stores are 10+ years old, and not built for current traffic levels. Just to get to the parking area you are navigating 50% of the drive-thru line, so there’s a limited return on going inside.

Is the best I've evar seen. Their app is also. Me quit Wendy's and Hardee's because of their apps. Both took my money and when me got there no order. Told both of them, this is the reason you will not see me or my money again. No Chick-fil-A in town. We do have a Starbucks.

I hate it when those little packages of ketchup from fast food restaurants have faulty opening perforations. You have to struggle to open them _ then they pop open and you get ketchup on your hand. Then when wiping it off, you almost rear end the car in front of you and a big gob of ketchup falls on your pants leg. Then you realize they forgot the pickles on your sandwich. The whole fknin’ fast food experience is ruined and you’re POed.
