I mean they (L-Ville and UVA) obviously didn’t help, but I still think a win today and a win in the ACC Tourney gets us in

Hilarious that our so called "basketball fans" are so sure about everything in, when in fact they are so clueless.
The loss to Louisville didn't "effectively end our season"
We are still very much in the tournament mix right now even after we lost to Louisville and Virginia.

Agreed, especially since we are playing at home. I am done with basketball if we lose at home vs the Irish. I will say Notre Dame is playing much better than their record but still no excuses. Also, if we win the ACC tournament or when we win the tournament according to Walt Deptula I am back as #1 fan. Does anyone ever think that if Walt interviews a coach and it goes well he is blindly supportive and loyal to that coach? Let’s go Tigers, let’s get some big wins today in several sporting events.

happen, our only hope of making the NCAA tournament would be to win the ACC tournament. All other paths would be blocked.

Beating ND and then 2 wins in the ACCT would at least get us to the final. Whether that would be enough would depend a lot on what other teams on the bubble do. Winning it outright is the only guarantee but not the only option yet.
